| Toll Free Guardian |
Provides an alternate routing arrangement for domestic Verizon toll-free Service. If you are unable to receive toll-free service calls for any reason, Verizon will provide one of the following:
- If the toll-free number that is out of service is a toll-free business line, Verizon will re-route traffic to another existing business line
- If you do not have another existing toll-free termination to accept calls from the affected service, Verizon will establish a new business line termination and re-route the affected service to this new, temporary alternate line. You must supply an existing phone number.
- Verizon will re-route to a standardized pre-recorded message explaining service conditions and requesting callers to call back later. This feature is designed solely to explain service conditions and provides no media-related or other information or service. Calls will terminate after the selected message has played.

Termination
Refers to the features related to the customer premise. The features below are available on Dedicated Access Facilities (T-1 or ISDN PRI).

- Improves the effectiveness of your toll-free marketing
|
| Real-Time ANI (Automatic Number Identification) |
- Provides the toll-free caller's phone number in real time as the call is delivered
- Improves the effectiveness of your toll-free marketing and operations
- As the toll-free call is being delivered to your location, the ANI can be simultaneously captured by customer premise databases.
