Service Plans

Verizon offers three Net Conferencing service plans – Reserved, Instant, and Advanced.

We have the right level of service for your next small or large event—everything from unattended, self-service to a fully outsourced, Verizon-moderated conference. We can even provide you with a unique URL with your own branding so you can schedule and launch Web conferences.

Reserved Net Conference For larger events	Scheduled for a specific date and time, or a series of specific dates and times. Reserved Net is available on Standard and Premier Audio Conferences. Customers can reserve their meetings either by calling into the Reservations Center or by using Manage My Meetings at least 30 minutes prior to the start time. For high-visibility events, a Meeting Manager can be available to assist prior to and during the meeting All Premier and Standard audio features are available
Instant Net Conference For small meetings	For 100 or fewer participants who do not need help in conducting their net conference. Reservation-less Employees keep the same meeting number and passcodes so meetings can be scheduled at a moment's notice Leaders must have a Manage My Meetings login and password to start an Instant Net Conference
Advanced Net Conference	A self-serve tool that allows leaders to quickly start or schedule a meeting. Vendor Platform Choices and Comparison

You can choose either WebEx or Microsoft Live Meeting for your Net Conferencing Platform based on your business' needs and preferences. Following is a comparison:

Net Replay	Verizon posts a replay of your Web conference on the Internet. Visuals are synchronized to your audio conference.
Operator Hosting	A professional operator hosts your conference.
Flexible Pricing	Choose pricing based on rate per minute or rate per seat.
Chat	Exchange messages with each other during a Web conference via Internet "chat" technology.
Net Q&A	Exchange questions and answers via Internet "chat" technology.
